1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a site or third party may store on a device to remember information, enable features, measure use or personalise content. Similar technologies include browser local storage (localStorage), which do not automatically send information to the server but can retain a preference on the device.
2. Current use at Barcelona Laboral
This website uses Google Analytics only when you select “Accept analytics”. Until then, its tag is not downloaded and its cookies are not created. The tool gives us aggregate information about which pages are viewed and how the site works; we do not use behavioural advertising or create marketing profiles.
The map on the website is a locally hosted image. Google Maps is visited only when you choose to follow the external link; Google may then apply its own technologies and policies on a site separate from Barcelona Laboral.
3. Notice confirmation
Your choice is saved in the browser's localStorage under the keybarcelona_laboral_cookie_consent_v2. The value contains the panel version, whether you accepted or rejected analytics, the decision date and its expiry. It is retained for 12 months to respect your preference.
You can reopen the notice from “Cookie preferences” in the footer. You can also remove this confirmation by deleting the site's data in your browser; the notice will appear again on your next visit.
4. Hosting and form
Netlify delivers the site's files and may apply essential technical security and operational controls. Formspree is involved only when you submit the form. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics receives browsing information and may set the cookies _ga and _ga_* to distinguish sessions and visitors. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Browser settings
Browsers allow you to view, block or delete cookies and data stored by each site. These options are usually found under privacy, security or site data settings. Blocking strictly necessary elements may affect form submissions or other technical features.
6. Changing or withdrawing consent
You can reopen the panel from “Cookie preferences” in the footer. If you switch to “Necessary only”, the withdrawal is communicated to Google Analytics and an attempt is made to remove its cookies from this domain. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out while consent was valid.
7. Contact
This site is owned by NAT BPO SL (tax identification number B26663120), which operates the Barcelona Laboral brand from Carrer de Balmes, 32, Pral 2º, 08007 Barcelona. For questions about cookies, storage or privacy, write to info@barcelonalaboral.com.
